NOTE: Post promotions, "A" School Trainings (ASTs), demotions and discharges as a reply on this thread. Please use the following formats:
(1) Promotions
Copy and paste their current line on NPC and update it with the new promotion tag and promotion date.
Example:
Promotion
Rank: Name (Rating) [TaG] {AST} DD MMM YY GRADE
ENS: Identifiable (SEALs) [Itl] {CL} 15 Jan 13 A
(2) Military Occupational Specialty Training
Copy and paste their current line on NPC and update it with a new AST letter. If it is a second or third or forth AST replace the old letter with the new letter.
Example:
AST Completed
Rank: Name (Rating) [TaG] {AST} DD MMM YY GRADE
ENS: Identifiable (MSOR) [Itl] {CN} 15 Jan 13 A
(3) Deserters/Honorable Discharge
Copy the entry and add the rank behind their name and the date of discharge after their last promotion date.
Example:
Discharge Type: Name Rank (Rating) [TaG] {AST} DD MMM YY - DD MMM YY
HD: Identifiable ENS (SEALs) [Itl] {CN} 15 Jan 13 - 15 Mar 13
(4) Dishonorable Discharge
Copy the entry and add the rank behind their name. Add the reason for discharge, the discharging officer's tag and the date of discharge after their last promotion date.
Example:
HD: Name Rank (Rating) [TaG] {AST} DD MMM YY - Reason [TaG] DD MMM YY
HD: Tasmania ENS (SEALs) [Tas] {CN} 15 Jan 13 - Treason [Tas] 15 Mar 13
